How the blog makes money
Some of the links used on the site are what’s known as “affiliate links”. By buying through those links I may receive a commission for the sale. This is the same model used by sites like Compare the market and Money Saving Expert. This has no effect on the price for you.

Newsletter
When you sign up for the Career taster newsletter, your email address is collected. Older subscribers also provided their name.
This information will solely be for Career Taster to send you emails about content on the site. This is usually once a week, though there may be occasions where additional emails are sent.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link found in every email communication sent.
Once a year we audit the subscriber list and ask anyone who hasn’t actively engaged with the email in that time (as long as they have been subscribed for more than six months) if they wish to carry on receiving the emails. If they do not reply they will be unsubscribed.
Comments
Your name, email address and IP address will also be required if you make a comment on any pages or posts on the blog. This information may be used to contact you if the comment requires a follow-up.
The name you enter will be published, and I reserve the right to edit and comment you write. I also do not have to approve a comment posted.
